6. Retention and Destruction

Your personal data is retained only for as long as required by the purpose of processing and the statutory retention periods; at the end of these periods it is securely deleted or anonymised.

In Ukraine, oversight of personal data protection is carried out by the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Verkhovna Rada Ombudsman). If you are located in the European Union, you may also apply to the competent data protection authority in your country of residence.
